Return & Exchange

We will try our best to make sure buyers are 100% satisfied with the products shipped to them. So all goods sold from zentai-mart.com are covered by the policy of 7-day return and 15-day exchange
.
1. Return and full refund
-- Products with quality problems within 7 days (from the day products were received) can be returned and refunded.
-- Customer needs to send products back to us, when we receive the products, we will give a full refund.(we do not pay for the shipping fee of return)
-- Color aberration exists due to the color effect by the PC monitor and weather condition. The quality problem does not include color aberration. Quality problem shall refer to product blemish, such as holes or serious discolored and craze on the product. The problems, regarding to material differentia from the buyer’s imagination, inconsistency with buyer’s expection or color does not fit etc, will not be considered as quality problem.
-- If there is any serious damage or obvious color differentia when the product arrives, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will arrange your request for exchange or refund. Please make sure the product is unused and send it back to us within 7 days after you receive of product. Product can not be returned after the laundry.
-- By considering the uniqueness of the product in the event of the product is in Custom Made. We can offer you a revise service based on your requirement. The return or exchange of customized product is not accepted.
-- We are not responsible for any delay, if the processing of Custom Made order is delayed due to the late remittance of product fare and arise with dispute on item return or exchange.
-- We don’t accept the request for the return of your received product in the event of product did not meet your requirement on the change of style from the original product design. We shall strictly follow your requirement on the change of the original design of product after you pay for the relevant order you placed.
-- We made the items by strictly follow the style and the material displayed on the site, all requests for returns such as not like the picture I ordered, dissatisfaction with the quality and not the material I like etc, are not accepted.
-- In case you are not satisfied with the product received from us, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. For maintain your own interests, we don't accept the returning of the good you are not satisfied without a Return Authorization.We are neither responsible for the refund nor take over your dispute on the product after your return the good without the Return Authorization and caused the package missing during the return.

2. Exchange
-- Products with quality problem in 15 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and exchanged.
-- Customer needs to send the products back to the designated returning address by acquiring the return merchandise authorization (RMA), we will replace a new one after receiving the returned merchandise and ship back to customer.
-- Address for return is submitted in the meanwhile of acquiring the return merchandise authorization (RMA).
-- Quality problem can be defined as obvious quality defects, not following the customization requirement of customer and size deviation from the original size criteria as well as required measurements.
-- For the dispute on size deviation, please take some photographs on the merchandise by laying it on the ground and place a tape ruler to measure out the problem. Customer shall submit the photographs to service@zentai-mart.com and zentai-mart.com may have the designated personnel to take the dispute and a reply will be offered within 24 hours.
-- We will pay shipping fee for the replaced products we ship to the customer.

3. Clearance goods return and exchange
Since clearance items are all sold at bottom, zentai-mart.com doesn’t issue return and exchange for clearance goods.

4. Voucher discount goods return and exchange
The orders paid by voucher can be exchanged. zentai-mart.com doesn’t issue return or refund for the orders paid by voucher.
-- Voucher discount products with quality problem in 15 days (from the date products were received) can be exchanged.
-- Customer needs to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will replace new ones and ship back to customer.
-- We will pay shipping fee for the replaced products we ship to the customer.
