Q1: How do I place an order at zentai-mart.com?

Q2:How Long Will It Take To ship the order to me?
A:Total delivery time is composed of two parts.
The one part is the processing time, from your payment receiving date to the order pack-up date.If you choose the size we provide, the processing time is 2-3 days. As most of costumes on zentai-mart.com are custom-made, here comes processing times which need 4-7 days.
When your costume has been shipped. There are 2 ways of transport.
1.Shipped by EMS is for free will need 10-14 days you can get your order.
2.Shipped by UPS or DHL you need to spend 30 dollars for the freight and the shipping time is 3-5 days.

Q3: How do I know my suit size?
A: please click the Size Chart ?
Be concerned about form fitting Or have some special ideas about the costume,we provide custom-order service. Simply give your detailed measurements to us. Custom-order can also open eye hole in the zentai consume, add horns and any additional parts to the costume as you request. Even more, we can create one special costume for you, according to a picture you send to us.

1. Choose "custom-made" at the size box at the page of a specific item before you add it to cart.
2. State your detailed measurements or any other special requirements at the “Item Remarks” at the art page.

Q4: How can I trace my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there should be tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you could trace your order . There are 2 ways of transport.There are EMS and UPS(DHL).
